Recruit into Coaching Programme
Throughout 2010 England are holding three Recruit into Coaching Camps around the UK which have been developed by Sport England and the Youth Sport Trust. These provide the opportunity for local young people in 70 priority areas to receive the support and develop the skills and inspiration they need to step into coaching in their local communities.
There are many benefits to attending this course including gaining a UKCC Level 1 coaching qualification, funding towards the cost of travel expenses and a place on the Young Leaders Camp 2010. In return they will then assist in delivering netball for local young people.
Manchester has been highlighted as one of the focus areas within the north west region - so a great opportunity for young volunteers in manchester to access this scheme.
The dates and venues for this programme are as follows;
Venue:
The Rossall School
Fleetwood
Lancashire
FY7 8JW
Dates:
Sunday 1st August 2010 - Friday 6th August 2010
This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to get more involved in netball as well as helping their local communities.
If you come across any young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who you think will benefit from this programme please could you pass on an application form Click Here to Download
The closing date is only a couple of weeks away and we would love to hear from all of those budding young netball coaches!
